The GP Education team are developing this area to provide information & support for Revalidation.

We will aim to provide useful resources to support local GPs here.

A summary of the requirements for revalidation (provided by the South East Hampshire appraisal lead) is included.

A number of templates (audit, significant event,& complaints) which may be of value in preparing your appriasal have been added - these were developed by the Northern Deanery.
